I’m Kristina and Instagram is my happy place. I know what you’re thinking... Happy Place? And yes, here’s why: I can connect with incredible people and potential clients without having to put on uncomfortable clothes, stand awkwardly at an event, or spend money on advertising.

But it definitely didn’t start this way for me. In fact, I was stuck on Instagram for YEARS despite spending money and learning from all the “experts”. But I didn’t give up because I knew that if I could figure out how to grow my Instagram, my business would explode.

And that's exactly what happened.

After our second daughter was born with a heart condition, I created a new Instagram strategy to grow my wellness business and went all in.

The result? I went from stuck at 2K to 90K in 9 months. I started helping friends grow their Instagram, they referred me my first clients, and Kristina Social was born.

I used my 100K Instagram Growth Framework to start the Kristina Social Instagram account and I hit 200K followers in 65 days and had a $62,000 launch four months into a brand new business!
